These days what are the most important things in our lives?
I'm speaking of my experiences and I say without exception, health, honesty, caring, consideration, the feeling that you count, that you really are important and matter to others. Of course these all apply to our families and closest friends without question. But what about our experiences outside of that close circle? It's a rare and wonderful find to experience these things outside of your family, when doing business or obtaining services from retail establishments.
It's the exception rather than the rule it seems, and yet, I have found that level of integrity and caring at Serena Medspa!
I swear to you, I have had other experiences at other spas and even at a well known Dallas Botox Dr. and will NEVER,EVER go any where else for Botox, and Restylane and Vibraderm, or any of these kinds of treatments. I am 100% honestly telling you that Karim is the most wonderful, kind, fair businessman that I have dealt with in a very long time, and I have to say that the negative review that I read about Serena has to be a lie!
I say this because I was not the easiest client for Karim when I was searching for somewhere new to have Restylane. This was because of a horrific experience that I had with Dr. Botox (Dallas well known plastic surgeon).
It took me 6-8 months of questions and answers and emails and calls and doubts with Karim before I did it again and i'm so glad that I found Karim and Serena!
Can you imagine the level of patience and caring and genuine concern that he must have to endure months of questions from me? I don't think I could have even put up with me.
I am a real client, 47 years old, and believe me when I tell you that I LOVE Serena Medspa and all of the people I have worked with there. They are kind, caring and helpful.
They don't try and oversell you -which even the dentist office seems to do now days, and I just want to say that I feel happy, relaxed and beautiful every single time I am at Serena and when I leave, it's like I have had a beauty session, a me session, it's a wonderful experience and I know how lucky I am to be able to do things from time to time.
I have found Karim to be very, very kind and honest and he really does CARE about me. He knows me and remembers all that we have discussed and that makes me feel cared about. It makes all the difference in the world to me, especially in these hard economic times, that I believe everyone at Serena does care about me. I won't ever go anywhere else for my beauty needs and desires.
Please, do NOT hesitate to call Serena, you will be so glad that you did, I promise.
