Ranked Best of Boston many times, nice showroom in Dorchester. Great selection of products. But, the prices are very high. Compare their prices on things like AC's to those on-line at, say, JR.com. They are also not particularly interested in bargaining. They wouldn't come down $10 on an AC. Free delivery is great, and worth something. As is free removal of old appliances.
I bought washer, dryer, and refrig. The washer was dented in the box, they agreed to bring me a new one with no hassle whatsoever.
Customer service excellent. Selection excellent. Wide range of products. Nice showroom.
Only thing that could improve are prices, which are not cheap.
