Review content:
As I fell down 15 stairs I had torn my fascias in both feet, broken an ankle and three ribs I knew I needed more help than an orthopedic surgeon, an air boot and physical therapy. I ask my trainer and other knowledgeable people in the business the name of an excellent masseuse . The name “Ohana Massage Therapy Center” continued to be mentioned. The first few one-hour sessions helped with the healing of my battered feet and various breaks. As I began to heal the massage sessions were not long enough for me and I grew very sad at the end of the hour, I did not know 2 or 3 hours were possible in a row but I asked and was quickly accommodated with a technique of “Cranial Sacral Therapy” (CST) combined with "Body Patterning". With this very light touch massage I always fall asleep, I describe it as if a baby were being put to sleep which enhances your body’s ability to receive healing touches. I have now extended all of my sessions to 3 hours to sleep through every magical touch.
The facility is beautiful and located 10 minutes from my home and across from University of KY. My quiet spoken masseuse discusses your treatment plan before each visit and at the end of the three hours she awakens me and I feel much less pain than before.
“Ohana” also carries their own spa products that are bottled and labeled on premises. I am in love with the scent of Mint Tea pump hand soap, prices are extremely reasonable and would make excellent holiday gifts. Remember that if you are a student on a budget.
I have described the wonders of “Ohana” now it is your turn for your own massage or to give a gift certificate to someone you care about.
