Review content:
I have had two experiences with this spa, and both have been very disappointing. The services were okay, nothing special, but the big problem is with the problems that I had booking my appointments. For my first experience, I had a gift certificate for a spa package which included a massage, facial, and pedicure. I made my appointment, and when I arrived I was told that I was only scheduled for the massage portion, that I would have to return for the rest of the services. Quite disappointing, when you are planning an entire relaxation day. I was again given a gift certificate for a manicure recently, and called to make my appointment. After being told that several days that I requested were completely booked, the receptionist then changed her story and told me that I could only book appointments for a manicure on Wednesdays. A spa that can only offer a pretty common service one day of the week?!? Give me a break! I made the apppointment, but will not be returning. There are so many better spas in the area, I suggest you skip this one as well. "Royal Treatment", huh?
