Run and managed by an exquisitely skilled and meticulous chef, the Copper Canyon offers the best opportunity for great food in Nampa (and is on par with Boise's best establishments). Their prices are high enough to make a visit a "special occasion" experience for us, but the quality of the food certainly justifies the cost. The menu is inventive and never dull. The Copper Canyon is a must visit for anyone who has ever wanted to have a nice date and stay in Canyon County (a daunting prospect).
