I got a written estimate, with three options, within 24 hours of calling for an appointment. Actually got on the roof to determine materials needed. Not walk around the perimeter of the house like other bigger companies to offer me an estimate to cover for their overhead, commission, and a "contractor" that would eventually come to the house to determine the amount of materials needed once on the roof. Paul and his team are all level headed and kept me up to date with changes in order to complete the job (54 year old house had two layers, low slop, and a dry rotted deck) knew the end cost would be higher than that of the estimate, however still came under what the bigger companies estimated. With a team of four guys, I got a new black roof with three dimensional shingles within a day in a half. And they left the property the way they found it. I recommend this team to anyone needing to replace their roof. A+ Performance!!
