My roommates and I once rented an older house that had some serious roach and flea problems. Our landlord told us to call Northeast and get them to spray the house. Just recently, our landlord had installed beautiful unsealed hardwood floors. A worker from Northeast came that same day and before we left for him to spray I let him know that the floors were unsealed so he could take the appropriate approach as to not ruin the new floor. When we came back to the house, not only was the floor covered in small water spots from the spray, but a month later, WE STILL HAD FLEAS (keep in mind we had no pets living in the house)!!! The man that came to the house played dumb when we called him the next day about the floor ( he may not have been playing) and we had to call another company to get rid of the fleas. The owner refunded our money for the spray but nothing for the floors.
