Review content:
I had a great experience with this shop. I called with an error code from a dealership who wanted to replace my transmission for over $4500. The owner knew exactly what the error code was , told me over the phone, and gave me a price, half the cost of the dealership. Plus, since it was a design flaw, he was fixing that, when the dealership may have given me exactly the same flaw in a replacement transmission. He confirmed the error codes himself and called before starting the work.
I never felt pressured. On top of all this, since it was an AWD, he did some pre-maintenance on that part as a normal part of his service. He also arrranged for the flatbed tow from the dealersip it was at.
I noticed a bit of oil drip on a friday evening. I called Emory. He called his mechanic back in to to work and they checked it immediately. Turned out to be no problem and there was no charge.
My service work was over a year ago and our vehcile has had no issues since.
