Controls Corporation of America (Concoa) is a great place to work. They're constantly hiring, and they pay well above average for the Hampton Roads area. My signifigant other has worked for them for some time now, and started out as a temp-to-hire employee. Within three months he was hired permanently and given a fairly signifigant raise. The vacation and benefits are decent, although they have absolutely no sick time, which is a definite negative. However, overall, Concoa is a great place to work with friendly employees and down to earth bosses.
