Review content:
The lady that use to be the on site manager and is now the district manager use to sit on the hill sides out side the apartments dressed in all black. She would watch inside all the apartments to watch what they are doing. The blinds in the apartments are not fully covering. It is creepy. Twice I saw her and my neighbors saw her all the time. Since the property that she was watching from was not the property management companies property they could do nothing about it unless someone pressed charges and they stuck. I have been told since I moved out that the new on site manager is very very nice. I just couldn't ever live her again knowing that that lady is still the district manager. She was never very nice and knowing that she was watching me in my own home is very creepy.
