Contrary to the previous reviewer, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the manner and timing of Spring Carpet's response to my request. The team did what they said they would do and the floor looks great once again. My list of "pluses" regarding Spring Carpet
continues to grow, and I am confident in my recommendation of your store to the people I advise in home remodel.
They have a great GM, the best hardwood floor installer in the business, broad product selection at competitive prices, and now I can confidently say that their customer service ROCKS.
