PLTI is a training program and a local community service organization that enables parents, educators and anyone else who cares for and about children, to develop the skills and the confidence to become advocates for children.
The educational component coaches parents and encourages them to become change agents for the next generation.
Program alumni have been elected to the Board of Education and Representatives in Stamford, raised money for community programming, developed SCOPES (a resource for local families with special needs kids), as well as lots of other community contributions.
