Review content:
I've lived in Nashville for 5 years and have visited at least 5 spas. BRC is by far the best. It is the only place that gives a true spa experience. Unlike other places, you have the option of putting your stuff in a locker and changing into a robe. There is a tranquilty room for waiting before or between services instead of going back to the front lobby (like in 2 other spas in nashville). I got a package with a soak, massage, and facial. The tub for the soak was HUGE and they provided wonderful salt scrub and body wash. That lasted about 45 minutes before my massage with Paul. There was no wait between the two which was awesome. Paul is strong and applies a lot of pressure so if you like light massages, be sure to say that. My facial with Missy wasn't as comprehensive as other facials I've gotten (i prefer facials at Elysium), but she is very nice. After all three services, I chose to use the steam room before I ended my spa visit. Overall, i left feeling relaxed and pampered. I recommend it if you truly want a spa experience and not a series of individual services (where you get undressed, dressed, undressed, and dressed). The only down side is the price. They are not cheap. My package was $185 plus tips for two people.
