Went here for a facial. The woman was very pushy and instead of helping me figure out the best skincare treatment, made me feel bad about the condition of my skin. The room wasn't that clean and I noticed the sheet on the table hadn't been washed before me. Waxing pot was on the ground in the corner, her blackberry was on the counter with all her personal items instead of being stored away, and she didn't wear gloves during the extraction. Disgusting...I should have left
