1. Estimate given to us at the time of inspection was different than the invoice we got when the burners were replaced. The overall invoice total was lower but considerably - that was a hint to me as to how professional they are. 1. Andy (the tech that came in) forgot to turn on the fan on when he installed 2 burners. I called him back for something else before his van left so he came in and noticed that and fixed it. 2. When installing the burners he advised to turn the speed of the fan to the highest because I had HD filters. I said ok. Later it turned out it is very loud when fan is on highest speed. So I called MR nash 3 times over a course of 10 days so that he calls me back on this issue. I left a messages with a woman but never got a call back. 4th time i finally got him on the phone and he said he would come in when they are in my area (because I asked him for 45 dollars instead of 90 which they charge for a call). the said they would call when they are in Tigard. 2 weeks later I call and lady tells me that they can't do that that I would need to call later to speak with the owner about this. Changing fan speed is a 2 minute job (just reconnect the right wires). So very unprofessional both technically and planning-wise and customer service-wise. Briefly if you need safe and correct functioning of your furnace and do not want to speak to unprofessional staff and if you want to avoid stress I would not call this company.
