I was amazed at the level of customer service i was given when i visited the Panache Salon and Spa in Sartell. I had been to the old location down town st.cloud years ago and i wasn't really sure were the moved to,(they are just 2 stop lights down from the new sams club right on 15) when a friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday for a 90 min hotstone massage. When i called to book my appt. I asked if there was any way i could get just a reg 60 min massage and a spa pedicure and they said of course! our goal is to make your experience with us as relaxing and beautiful as you want it to be! How great! So when i went in i was way early! (eager i guess) they were there welcoming me as i walked in...gave me a cup of Aveda comforting tea (yum) and told me to make my self at home... i looked around at the make up and fun retail as the friendly staff chatted with me! Then i filled out my massage form and they asked if i wanted to change into a robe..i thought why not! Then i got the best massage of my life!! (ask for tammy! amazing hands!!) then went on to a amazing pedicure with samantha, in a cute and homey pedicure room with a fireplace and relaxing sounds and music! They put a warm neck wrap on my neck and i soaked my feet in a hotstone filled tub, they brought me more tea along with some cucumber water! and even brought me a cookie! The pedicure was amazing with a warm mask and scrub i loved the aveda smells! then they told me to relax as long as i wanted and they kept bringing me more tea and kept asking if i wanted anything! i felt like a queen being waited on hand and foot! i relaxed for quite awhile then i felt i should prob. get going i checked out. the desk persone was so friendly and asked if my experience was relaxing and what i was looking for i said it was perfect!! She said great that is there goal! They showed me the products they used on me, loved it because they told me what they used and how i use it at home and then excused them selfs and let me look! so i didn't feel pressured to buy anything if i didn't want to..but of couse i did! i bought the foot relief lotion for my feet (amazing!) and then some aveda active oil for my sore back loved both and i wouldn't have known what they were for if they wouldn't have showed me. i booked my next appt for 6 weeks to get another massage and pedicure and this time added a facial!! the girls here really know how to treat you! they were so nice and really made me feel at home! they acted like they really cared about me and wanted to make my experience perfect.. i would recomend this salon and spa to everyone! so great!
