Pat Grimes, INC. received a wheel chair made for my brother-in-law and did not even begin to put it together until New Years eve (due to us just about having to make them since insurance was already at catastrophic and would cover whole wheel chair expense). They were VERY MUCH aware of this as even I said it and my sister said it several times on the phone to them and so did the therapists! They said they could not get it done before the New year (when the deductable would begin again for my brother-in-law). We told them to get it ready and we would physically bring the rental back and pick up the new one, which is what we did! Two women loaded it in the Rav-4 and I physically held the chair in the back seat with the ARMS!! We got it returned (EVERY PIECE OF IT) and picked up the new chair. My sister even purchased another chair for transfer, paying for the complete amount at this time. Pat Grimes, herself, said that someone named Jimmy would come to the home and adjust the new chair and bring the one my sister had purchased the next week. Well, he did come to adjust the chair, but DID NOT BRING the other one. Also, he accused us of not returning all the parts to the loaner chair, which is NOT TRUE!! I, myself, wheeled in the chair and my sister broungt in the feet, etc. I told them who we were and here was the loaner chair (ARMS AND ALL) they wheeled it back and never said anything about something missing (which nothing was missing), and they know it! I had to hold on to the chair in the car and it most definitely had the arms and also if it had not, you certainly would have asked where they were when we brought it in! This is VERY POOR Customer Relations and this company owes the actual customers an apology. What a sad way to treat someone that has been through all this family has gone through! You and Jimmy should be ashamed of how you treated someone so sick and been through so very much! Wanda Sullivan - Asheboro, NC
