Images is HORRIBLE. I have never had such a bad experience. My sister and I made same day appointments with “Charlie”. I went first and told “Charlie” that I wanted to keep my length because I was trying to grow my hair out. I told her "just clean up the layers". Seemed to me to be a very simple request. My hair is now above my shoulders. And it's not even a cute style. I had a pretty large chunk of hair that was a good 2 inches longer than the rest. The service matched the quality of the cut. “Charlie” took me back to the shampoo bowls with no cape on. She started using cold water and I'm sure she could see that I didn't like that, so she made it warmer. The water was splashing all over my face. I literally had to keep wiping my face to get all the water off. Because she didn't put a cape on me, my shirt was also wet. The "style" after the cut was Charlie blow drying my hair in all different directions and spraying something all over my hair. So, with my hair sticking out all over the place, and she tells me I'm finished. I hated my hair, but thought that maybe when I went home and actually styled it, it would be better. That wasn’t the case. I look like a triangle head. She then cut my sisters hair. (she had the same bizarre experience at the shampoo bowl) My sister, having seen my horrible cut told her to basically do nothing...like take a cm off the bottom. She cut horrible chunky layers and my sister looked like she had just got out of bed...her hair was everywhere after the "style". So then we went to pay. $45 for each. I paid with cash...my sister with a check because “Charlie” had told us that the credit card machine was down. So CHARLIE then tells my sister to make the check out to CHLOE. We of course thought that was very weird, but CHARLIE told us that CHLOE was her middle name, or some story like that. After getting home and realizing that my cut was horrible, I wanted a refund. I called twice the next day. No answer. I called again the following day and someone answered. I asked to speak with a manager and the person who answered the phone said they were the manager. When I asked for a name, she said she didn't like to give her name out...after she took my name/number, I asked again for a name, and she paused then said Lisa. She said the owner would call me back that day. No call. So I called the next day. The owner "Jeri" answered. She said that she reviewed the tapes and recordings of my appointment. I didn't know I was being video taped, but whatever. She said she didn't see anything wrong on the video?? She then told me that they don't give refunds. She said the stylist who did my hair was out until Friday and that she would talk to her when she got back in. I told her I would be calling to follow up and she told me not to bother. When I insisted that I would keep calling until it was resolved, she hung up in my face. Since that time, I have tried to call back multiple times and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Charlie/Chloe/Lisa/Jeri/Tammy/Cindy is CRAZY. I swear it was the same person each time making up new names. DO NOT GO HERE. They need to be put out of business!! They have 18 complaints on the better business bureau…resulting in an F!!
