Alpert's doesn't do a lot of advertising up in Boston, so many who live in Boston may not have heard of it. I had not, until my parents surprised my husband (then fiance) and I by taking us there to buy us a new bedroom set as a wedding present. We were very impressed with the wide variety in the store and the high quality of the pieces. The sales people were extremely knowledgeable and really willing to take the time to make sure you understand everything about the piece and about the purchase. They were very hands on (in a good way), but respectful. They helped us determine exactly what we needed and what type of pieces would fit our needs. They deliver up to Boston, too, which is nice!
