This is my seventh lease with BMW and this has been by far ---light years ahead --- the best and most memorable experience. Lorelei is at the top of her game - her knowledge, professionalism and positive energy is in a league of its own. She will handle all my BMW needs going forward regardless where we reside. I wish that you and BMW take great care of her - otherwise, I may steal her one day. All the best.
