Review content:
I purchased new Windows from Acme Glass. During the installation process holes were drilled into the sill of the windows to allow for security system wires. What I found out later was the holes were drilled into an area designed to collect water and drain it out the weep holes. I now have 21 new windows that leak. The owner of the company was made aware of this on November 8, 2010. It is January 5, 2011. I will be replacing the windows at my own expense. I do not recommend this company. Customer service is not a priority for the owner.
