I enrolled my son for the summer program about two years ago. The experience that I had was terrible. I wasted $1410. Before I enrolled my son, I told the school that my son is a special child who's falling behind in school and needs special attention. I asked if they can handle a child with special needs. They promised me to take good care of my son and said my son needs to take the saturday class as well since he's falling so far behind. So, They offered me if I pay in full $1410, they would waive the registration fee. Unfortunately, I fell for it because I was too concerned to have my son getting back on track. On the very first day, after I droped my son off and I went back to check on my son after a couple hours later. Guess what ? My son was in the computer room playing computer game. I asked the lady why my son wasn't in the classroom learning instead of playing game. She finally spelled out the truth that my son doesn't belong in a 30 kids class room. Maybe he needs to be one-on one or some special tutoring. I was so disapointed. I was very straight forward about my son's situtation in the first place. It was a total scam. It looked like all she care was the money. What a shame ? She refused to issue a refund and said I can use the $1410 credit on private tutoring $25/ hr. plus the chargeback of the registration fee. She turned the whole table around. After two weeks, my son had learned absolutely nothing. I withdrew my son because I didn't want to waste my time there even the tutition is non-refunable. I wish I've found this review two years ago, so parents could have more feedbacks about this school. These people really shouldn't be in the education field if they only care about making mondy. WHAT A SHAME ! Parents please re-consider if you don't want to waste your child's time in Paramount Academy.
