To say I was treated fairly is an understatement! They helped me move from feelings of grief to the healing process of creating an loving and beautiful monument. Knowing the memories of my late husband would be forever engraved in an elegant tribute was a way to start celebrating the life he had lived. I was told the price up front, I was told the fee schedule and given ample time to review and approve all stages of the order. They gave me pictures with all the work to be done and the sizes of each item. I felt comfortable in the payment plan and was able to set the money in order ahead of time. I must say the girls at the office are kind and honest they told me what I could and couldn't expect. Even though I wish I didn't have to need them I am grateful they were there. I'll miss my husband forever and I feel comfort at his monument!!!
