I also had similar issues with Kathy Torello (store Manager) She cut off our conversation of helping me as a customer simply to start screaming at an employee RIGHT in front of me. I asked her to stop as kindly as possible and told her it was making me feel very uncomfortable but she continued and then started to get very snippy with me. My heart truly goes out to all the employees at this store. I will not only never shop this location, I will NEVER shop at OfficeMax either if they are going to hire such obviously disrespectful managers
