Review content:
This business has both a retail store and an online business. I haven't shopped in the store, but I did have a particularly bad experience with them via their web site. I found the staff to be almost comically rude, and their "terms and conditions" to essentially be they can do whatever they want and the fault/responsibility will always be with the buyer. They will not handle customer service inquiries by phone, only via email (which should have tipped me off.) Email responses to my inquiries were so shockingly rude that I was torn between feeling angry and feeling sorry for how wretchedly unhappy this person must be. I have now looked around online a little more and found that everything they have can be found on other sites, often at a better price. If you enjoy treating your customers badly, you at least need to offer something special or superior value! I assume their business is failing which is why they aren't concerned about repeat business. So for the rest of my project I will shop elsewhere.
