Review content:
Moved here in '92. After years of doing business with Michael's, had taken a break after there was a change in their personnel & felt customer service/quality fell. Last time ordered was June 2009. We tried them again for this holiday and was disappointed. Delivered on date requested, very late in the day (we were the last delivery from what it appeared, after a early afternoon call to verify someone would be at home); all guests had already arrived and dinner was in progress. Had ordered upgraded arrangement; basic arrangement delivered. Had paid on line (or thought we had); bill arrives today. Not sure if we'll return to Michael's again or not.
