I stained my beautiful white sofa and knew I had to call a professional quickly. I called Santa Ana Carpet Cleaners after searching on google. It didn't hurt that there was also a 10 - off coupon offered for first time customers. The woman who took my call was very nice and said they could come the next day between 2:00 and 4:00. In my experience this usually translates to 4:00 or later.
But the Santa Ana Carpet Cleaner technician showed up at 2:20. The 2 men who cleaned, Scotch- guarded, AND got the stain out. They were extremely professional. When I first bought the sofa the company I bought it from sent someone over to Scotch-guard it. It took half the day and the chemicals they used were so strong that they told me not to go in the room for 30 minutes. It smelled horrible! This time it took only 40 minutes, there was no smell since no harsh chemicals were used, and my sofa looks beautiful again. In addition, they cheerfully accepted the coupon!
