Review content:
We have had a great experience with the Weather Master personnel, they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Our only gripe was the time it took to get to us. We had scheduled the appointment for a furnace checkup between 3:30 and 6, and it was after 8 when the technician arrived. I do understand that there are factors beyond their control as far as finishing at other appointments and such, but it was a little frustrating. Even still, they were so great, we do plan to continue to use them for our heating and air conditioning needs.
