Good: I have been Dr. Warner's patient for more than a decade. Now a grandmother of 7, my menopause questions were always handled patiently and gracefully, and my choices were clearly explained. I have been kept waiting (along with other disgruntled patients) too long at time--particularly after calling and being told that that the days' appointments were on time. I understand that gynecologists can be thrown off schedule by a birth, but I wish their office staff would let me know when they're running late.. Bad: Their new system of having patients call a service for test results sucks. Using that system requires putting your social security system on-line or on the phone, a practice that begs for fraud. Perhaps just the last 4 numbers instead????. Improvements: Truth in advertising. I am a working writer, and resent sitting for a hour awaiting an appointment after calling the office and being told that Dr. Warner is "on time.". Other: My bottom line is quality of medical care, which seems top-flight to me. Dr. Warner is a careful and attentive listener, which I consider the hallmark of a fine physician. The practice should funnel a little more money into their office procedures, making them more patient friendly. The staff is fine; their procedures are not..
