My Mother in Law ordered a Christmas Cactus for My Grandmothers Funeral, which happened to be the day before Christmas Eve. The reason she ordered from Holston Florist was that the person on the phone confirmed to her that it was in FULL BLOOM. What we received was not even close to being in bloom, and actually looked almost dead. When my mother in law called to discuss this with Holston Florist, the person on the phone actually hung up on her. My wife called back, as my mother in law was in tears at this point , and they stated to her that they didnt care if they lost a customer, and hung up again. Awful Service
