I just wanted to let you know about the superior customer service we received from Sarina Sena. We had come to Walter's for a "check engine" light and she made an otherwise bad situation into a good one. She explained everything in detail and was more than willing to answer our questions. Sarina was very helpful and nice. I will definitely come back to Walter's for service because of how well she treated us.I also want to thank Rob Deck for our good will repair. Though the problem did not have anything to do with Walter's, you all helped us anyway. I will continue telling my friends and family about how great Walter's Mercedes Benz is.
