A great experience with this company, Santa Ana Carpet Cleaners, that I had selected from the internet--no referral. That's always scary but I was under the gun with surprise houseguests arriving, and a doggy-smelling carpet. I left a frantic message on Santa Ana Carpet Cleaners answering machine that night. When I called back, at noon the next day, from work to see if he'd received it, he'd already been to the house, cleaned the carpet, and taken care of everything since my BF was still at home. That's service above and beyond the call of duty!! My BF says he was very professional, thorough, and courteous (and loved the music he was listening to too!). Santa Ana Carpet Cleaners you are my new heroes!!
