I went on vacation last month, and I guess my cat was pretty upset about me leaving her, and proceeded to urinate all over my, recently, freshly cleaned carpets. I called Global Carpet & Air Duct Cleaners back, since they had cleaned my carpets just recently, and had done such an efficient and amazing job. Instead of trying to schedule another appointment with me and get the whole carpet done again, they recommended to use some home remedy (vinegar and lemon) to spot treat the areas my cat had urinated on. I can’t thank them enough for their honesty, and for saving me a bunch of money. I’m on a fixed income and every penny counts most companies would have scheduled another appointment and would have charged me for cleaning the whole area again. THANKS GUYS, I WILL USE YOU IN THE FUTURE MOST CERTAINLY!!!
