Our basement flooded and Fire Damage Restoration Richmond was recommended by our insurance agent. Within 20 minutes of calling our agent, they appeared at the door. They removed standing water, removed trash items, removed baseboards, put holes in drywall to get dryers behind drywall and installed rental dryers. They did a terrific job. Quick, professional, quiet. Took all trash. Gave us an estimate for additional work that was quickly turned around and fair. Highly recommend.
