I decided to go to Dr. Henegar even after reading all these negative reviews. And frankly, my experience has been nothing but positive. His staff has been fantastic, taking so much of their time to explain issues to me and answer all of my questions. I don't consider myself an "easy patient", as I've had horrible past dental experiences and chronically have issues with becoming numb. But I've found Dr. Henegar to be amazingly gentle and caring as we've been working on my major dental issues. My calls are always promptly returned and my wait is never unreasonable, especially since I am always early for my appointments. I'm glad to be his patient, and am very comfortable entrusting my dental work to him.
