I needed my computer fixed as I was flying to CA in 2 days,The Apple store in Northbrook was jammed due to the holiday. An Apple Genius suggested I try Nabihs in Evanston a 30 minutes drive. I called and they were very helpful as they twere able to take me right away. I went there in a rush. They have what they call Priority service. I was explained that it cost 1.5 time the regular service rate. I asked why more? They explained that it is like FEDEX. priority overnight, 1 day, 2 day or 3 days delivery. It made sense once they put it that way. The place is not as modern as an Apple store but they have been in business since 1972. Long story short. They replaced my hard drive , installed my OS in less then 24 hours and recovered my data. I was pleasantly surprised on pick up. The screen and the computer was cleaned as well as the data recovered. Would definitely go back and will recommended to my business associates for fast and efficient service,
