Review content:
'm not happy - I paid $100 for highlights. The glaze covered them up. I called the next day to complain that I don't see the highlights. They told me to give it some time as my hair lightens up I will see them. 3 weeks goes by can't see them. They told me they will redo. I already had an appoitment set up in week 5. During week 4 (Thanksgiving week) I had to call them for an quick single process. I had a job interview on Friday so I needed to rush in on Wed. As I was there I consulted with my colorist because I was not happy with the color over all. She told me about a new process elumin. I said that sounded like that is the way to go. I remember her telling the front desk that I would be doing the elumin instead of the highlights. They said okay. Since I did not have the time during this rush appointment It was agreed that I would do the elumin next time. When I check out they asked for $50 for the single process. I said don't I have a credit on account. She looked at the screen. Spoke to the other girl and they did not charge me for the single process. Here it is 5 weeks later I'm going in for my next single process, elumin process and a cut. Check out time they want $135. I said don't I have a $50 credit on account. The girl is looking at me like I have 3 heads. She also insists I had the elumin process last time. I tell her I did not but i only got a single process and should have a $50 credit. She goes to get Val. I talk to Val - I get we don't do it that way. If we make a mistake we just fix it. I can't help it if you changed your minds for the highlights. That its not fair to him. That he is a generous man. I was like what? I paid $100 for highlights that I did not get I should I at least get $100 worth of services in replace. After all its my time that I have to sit there as well and it was their mistake. How is this taking care of the client. I am no longer a client that is for sure.
