Monti scammed me out of 50,000 dollar retainner wall by not following town building code and not putting in the required rebar, The wall fell after 30 days and the crook would not come back and look at his work. He then asked my 14 year old son to go into our safe and pay him while me and my wife was not home.
BE CAREFULL WITH THIS THIEF!!! Attorney general is after him as well as the Fraud division oF the state of NY
