Review content:
I had read reviews online for days while I was pregnant trying to decide what I think is one of the most important decisions finding the right doctor to care for my baby.Dr.Westwick was very nice and came to the hospital when the baby was born. Also Dr. Cummings was very thorough in examining her.The nurses were nice enougth also.Unfortunatly being nice can only go so far.The office staff isnt really that friendly and I usually waited 20 mins at least to be seen then an additional 15 .With a newborn wasnt the greatest. My other issue was there was no seperation between sick and well children. They also failed to inform me that the waiting area which I spent a good amount of time in was also shared with Anchor Medical. A doctors office for adults. Also the answering service they refer you to is rude and in the end you dont end up speaking with one of the doctors in tha practice but a nurse at a hospital who doesnt even have access to your chils chart.I did not feel that the care my daughter was recieving there was that wonderful that I should have to wait all that time with my newborn .I am switching my pediatrican now.The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because I liked DR. Cummings.
