My boss comes from England a few times a year and each time he wants to visit Rosie's. Another friend won't dine anywhere else.The staff is great. I have had mediocre service only once. All other times were exceptional. The staff knows you by name. The bar area is very friendly and homey, yet elegant -- with an extensive wine list. And the dining area is splendid. During the summer there is outdoor dining. Rosie's is a bit pricey, but worth it if you have a special occasion. My only complaint is that they are only open until 10 p.m.
