3 weeks ago I ordered 4 Christmas gifts from here. I was told they would be in within 10 days. Haven't heard form them so today I called about my purchases and they said "oh, they'll be here by Christmas Eve" "but I was told 10 days and I am going out of town and need the gifts to take with me". "we'll call you when they come in" TERRIBLE service and a definite I don't care attitude, but I had to pay in full when I ordered so they have me,,this time NEVER again will I shop there now not only do I not have 4 gifts I need, when I get them after Christmas, I will have to pay to ship them to the 4 people I've stiffed at the family gift opening. this is a snooty little shop in north chattanooga, shop elsewhere,
