Businiess name:  Lohmanns Automotive Repair
Review by:  Christoph M.
Review content:
My name is Chris. I am a service writer at Lohmann's Automotive. While we typically love reviews, I must take the time to inform any that care to read his review, that Paul C. speaks in half truths, and full lies. For those that care to be properly informed about the scenario in question that took place on the 9th of December, 2010; please allow me to shed some light of truth, on the shadows of dishonesty Paul has cast upon this shop. When Paul came in, he told me he needed his headlamps fixed, and is experienceing acceleration issues. I sold him an electrical, and engine diagnostic services, and he signed the work orders agreeing to the services. We found burnt out fuse, and inop headlamp switch on the lighting issue, and that his throttle position sensor needed to be replaced to eliminate the acceleration issue. Paul declined the headlamp switch, but we did replace the fuse for him, as well as give him a small pack of fuses as a courtesy. We replaced the throttle position sensor, after he signed the work order. The whole time, he was trying to con up a discount. When he wasn't able to get one, Paul started throwing a fit in the lobby, in front of his 2 year old son, and another customer in the lobby. We have the whole interaction on film. Paul claims that he started swearing, which is an understatement. His tasteless usage of words that showcase a poor vocabulary, when coupled with the threats he cast in our direction, led Jason to walk into the lobby to attempt to escort Paul out. It is at this point, that Paul will state that he was "threatened" by Jason. I do not see how Paul could feel threatened, when he should feel embarassed by his behavior that he displayed in the lobby. A man only has his word. Paul gave us his, that he wanted these issues fixed, yet tried to renege on paying for the services. Jason called other local shops, where we discovered he has been thrown out for similar behavior. Our reviews speak for themselves. Our customers are return customers. I am honored to work for Lohmann's Auto.
