After catching a mouse in our house last month, we decided it would be a good idea to have the carpet cleaned again. We had Kiwi come back out, since our year guarantee is still active. The technicians were excellent. They were even very patient with us trying to move things off the floor and vaccum before they cleaned. Since the mouse had left some "deposits" along the baseboards, the technicians used the handheld machine to ensure those areas got extra attention.
I love the smell of the Kiwi cleaners, and LOVE that they are all-natural. Having a child and dog that play on the carpets regularly, it makes me feel better knowing harsh chemicals aren't being used. I highly recommend Kiwi to everyone. If you are in the Atlanta area, ask for Brian. He is a great Kiwi technician.
