I called in to get an estimate on my dryer repair. They couldnt tell me over the phone how much it would be to fix it, they said they need a specialist come out first. Thats fine, I know its hard to tell how much it would be without looking at it. They schedule me for the weekend. A tech came out (was 25 min late, didnt call). He have me an estimate on replacement of the gas coils. The total was over 200. I've had the same dryer repaired before with the same problem and it only cost me 162.86. I asked the tech for a discount but he wouldnt give me even 15 dollars off. Called in the office and the same thing, no one really cared to give a little discount. I decided to use someone else, even though now i had to pay thier service call fee. But now its just the principle! Wouldnt recommend
