I called Roto-Rooter the day before and Steven came out first thing the next business day and called to let me know he was about a half hour away. When he arrived he seen that I was in my military uniform and the first thing he said was thank you for your service shook my hand I’ll get you back to work as soon as I can. In 15 minutes he surveyed my water lines around my house and crawled under my crawl space, when he crawled out from under the house he explained to me what the problem was and that he knew how to fix it, and this was all a free quote! I asked him how long it would take when he said 20 minutes tops I almost hugged him. We shook on it and 15 minutes later my pipes were fixed and we spent another 20 minutes laughing and talking about the war in Afghanistan, and my work. He was super friendly and easy to talk to, my pipes still work great and he did such a good job I’m going to send him and his family a Christmas card.
