Review content:
This place is ridiculous. We signed up for a family membership two months ago and absolutely hate the place and the people. They smile and are friendly, but they aren't very helpful when it comes to satisfying their members. All they want is to get as many people as members as they can. It appears they have a quota or something. We specifically said that we primarily wanted to use the gym for climbing. They said they they would accomodate that and that they have a great climbing area. Well, it just so happens that they only have people staffed in the climbing wall a few hours each week. This is insane. My husband wants to go in during the day and he can't go in unless I go because there have to be two belay certified people in there at a time. Why not someone on staff? So, basically our membership is going to waste because the club isn't accomodating. Not to mention the price is WAY too expensive. The owners are rich, they must think everyone is. We were told a price when we signed up and there is tax on top of that outrageous price!?! So we spend over a hundred a month on a membership that isn't worth it. NEVER sign up for this place. We better get some kind of cancellation or we will NEVER renew our membership and we will tell everyone we know not to go there!
