I recently worked with Attorney Richard Gins on our business and personal bankruptcies. He came highly recommended by a close friend and after working with him I can see why. While other attorneys were not sure about whether we could qualify for a Chapter 7 and made the process seem challenging at best, Richard Gins knew that we would qualify and made the daunting process of bankruptcy an efficient stress free experience. He is a very knowledgeable, effective, and personable attorney who knows how to navigate the DC bankruptcy system (this is critical). He and his staff were always available for questions and are very skilled at alleviating anxiety (legal issues make me nervous). I would never have expected to have a positive experience navigating through bankruptcy, but that’s exactly what I experienced. I would definitely use him again and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.
