Review content:
This is a simple, clean, well run establishment. The servers are always experienced and know how to balance when they are busy and not stifle you when they are not. The food is always good. Try the antipasto pizzico to get your palate warmed up. Maybe I'm nuts, but I appreciate the cooling tuna on what is usually a predictable plate of cold cuts and marinated veg. The salad is also always fresh. For entrees, the beef and pepper pizza is to die for. It is slightly sweet and has a light crisp on the outside. The marsala is also excellent. I am consistently pleased with this place. I would also like to mention the ability of the chefs to supply what I crave. I have taken their menu items and tweaked them to my liking (chicken, pancetta and cream sauce, for example) and they know how to please. Rather then an "um, ok they can probably do that" and a mangled, pissed off mess, they always seem to supply what I crave in an unpretentious "glad you like it" way. They are also good teases. They show you the desserts when you first walk in on the right in a glass case. Try though you might, if you are anything like me, no matter how full you get it is hard to say no to that which you have been craving since you entered the building. I'm pretty sure some may have come out of a box, but I have always been pleased. Such is anticipation.
