A crew (to include the foreman) who couldn't speak english, no notification of when they were going to start, debris all over my yard, wanting to use my electricity for their power requirements, going inside my house when I wasn't home (for a roofing job???), let to my absolute refusal to EVER use this company again, and filed a compliant with the BBB, which I later found out is a waste of an agency. Poor work also, and they didn't read my statement of work and tore off the garage roof instead of just an overlay (it was just one layer of shingles so that wasn't the cause - they just didn't read my instructions). I had to fix a leak around the chimney flashing myself as they wouldn't, and had to have another company come in and fix part of a gutter system that was obviously beyond their capabilities. Never, never again.
