My goal in highschool was to do everything in my power to get into the coveted Stanford University, as it was my parents dream, also. But, alas, it wasn't meant to be and my sorry self was shipped to my second choice, Santa Clara U. I have to admit that I had tunnel vision at the time when I was a freshman and did not see SCU for the splendor that it was. I eventually grew to love it. Who wouldn't appreciate the beautiful campus fit for the Pulp. The gardens are breath-taking. What got me most attached was the dedication and commitment of the professors. The tuition was worth every penny, I never felt more cared for in a school environment. The professors treated me like family and were always open to rearranging schedules to ease the burden on students that were overloaded by work or projects.
